The Foundation takes pleasure in announcing that since its inception and up to the present date, its Board of Trustees has approved the following contributions, in form of a Grant:

• US$. 500,000.-- to the University of Tel-Aviv, Israel, for the promotion of Nano Technologies. The sum of  US$. 250,000.-- was already disbursed. The balance will be paid in 5 annual installments of  US$. 50,000.-- each.

• CHF. 100,000.-- disbursed to the Christoph Merian Stiftung, Basel, to support their benevolent activities.

• CHF. 100,000.-- disbursed to the GGG Stiftung, Basel, in support of their welfare activities

• CHF. 10,000.-- disbursed to the USTHI Stiftung, Jona, to encourage their present social benevolent work
